For the usual Friday column dedicated to lighting design, today we return to the recent
Milan Design Week within the exhibition spaces of Ventura Lambrate, to show you the table lamps created by designers Wendy Legro and Maarten Collignon from the Dutch
Studio WM.. Gradient and Reflector, two lamps that found inspiration in the classic candle holders and vintage oil lamps, reinterpreted in a modern key. Structures that share the colored porcelain bases equipped with suitable openings in the upper part, that allow the LED light source to escape from the inside and pushing upward, illuminating the characterizing panels (in shaded borosilicate glass for Gradient and aluminum with a circular shape for Reflector) that respectively filter and reflect light, giving life to essential design solutions capable of spreading the light with softness and elegance.
