Synapse cabinet

A piece of furniture inspired by the brain and the vital role that he fulfills in the storage of information, in the collection of memories and in shaping forms and connections between them. A cabinet created by Swedish designer Alexandra Denton, a structure with an essential design composed of wooden and metal tubular elements that define the external silhouette, leaving the interior visible, characterized by three cubic containers of different sizes linked and stabilized by ropes. A solution that, through a symbolism, a ritual, everyday, concrete object as a closet, creates a simplification that tries to interpret the mystery surrounding one of the most complex and amazing human organs.
