Our generation, grew up between fast foods and ready-to-eat, is slowly rediscovering good homemade dishes, traditions and local food, thanks also to the emergence of movements like Slow Food, which was born in the little town where I live, exporting the “slow thinking” throughout the world. I like the homemade elaborations of the great fast food classics, a kind of regaining those recipes that over time became the preserve of big food companies, taking away the pleasure to taste, and to prepare them with our own hands. Why don’t we try these potato wedges with sweet chili sauce following the recipe from Impromptu Kitchen, instead of the usual chips and ketchup?
