Potato pancakes

At TheMAG we don’t like diets and constraints, and since we present only one recipe a week, want to abound with carbohydrates, because we don’t care about the “swimsuit season”, and also, it’s always raining this spring. So what’s better than stay at home, staring at the rain outside the windows and enjoy a crispy potato pancake? “Let the Baking Begin!” convinced us to try this simple recipe, which, they assure, is delicious served with sour cream.
