The Russian designer
Olga Sukhotinskaya for her fall/winter 2013 collection creates a series of pieces with minimal silhouettes, but not without unexpected details. Outfits with pastel colors, alternating with discrete geometric patterns, are opposed to statement black dresses, in a leather-like material. Common thread of the collection are the shapes, soft and cozy, which slide on the body and end in graceful asymmetrical ruffles. A collection that looks feminine but not prissy, able to calibrate the use of color with the choice of materials. Among my favorite pieces, the ones that would immediately found a place in my closet, there are the oversized coats and bicolor shirts. Enjoy it in the lookbook shot by Ivan Skorikov.
