Dora Mojzes fall/winter 2013

The designers of which I have the pleasure to talk today is Dora Mojzes, with Hungarian origins and now based in London. In 2008 she won the prize of the Hungarian National Artists’ Association, and the following year she launched her individual label. Her professional path passes from the conceptual collections, with sculptural pieces and almost steampunk lines of the beginning, to more mature and wearable ones but with structural details that follow a precise style. The fall/winter 2013, “You Got The Silver” is inspired by the Rolling Stones’ partners, like Anita Pallenberg, Marianne Faithful, Bianca Jagger and Jerry Hall. Strong and independent women, not only famous wives, but who have built a history and a reputation in the golden years of Studio 54, free thinkers and femme-fatale. Special feature, the accessories, made ​​in collaboration with Mrs. Herskin, which follow the pattern of the garments, available in different shades from cold (with blue base) to warm tones.
