Catamara armchair

Sep 09 2013, 8:30 am 0 Marco Russo

A project created by Brazilian designer Guilherme Sass, which was born with the aim of transforming and transporting the memories of pleasant moments passed out from the home, in concrete pieces of furniture to place inside the houses. An armchair strongly linked to the concept of navigation, consisting of two identical lateral elements handcrafted in Peroba wood, united and connected by a comfortable frame, a characterizing seat consisting of nautical ropes left exposed. An elegant solution with an essential design that sees both in structure and use of materials some features that take inspiration from the world of sailing, boats and more precisely from the catamaran.
