Zucchini, avocado and corn salad

My family and me are so lucky to be able to take advantage of a piece of land devoted to garden, needless to tell you how great is the pleasure of smelling, cooking and eating vegetables grown with your own hands (to be honest, the hands are actually my father’s). Zucchini is the tipical summer vegetable, and while looking for new ways to serve it, since we are literally invaded, I came across this zucchini and avocado salad, sweetened with corn and squash and flavored with cheese and fresh cilantro, prepared by the couple formed by Maria and Josh, bloggers at “Two Peas and Their Pod”.
