If there’s one thing I hate about the internet is open fashion blogs, streetstyle blogs and fashion communities (though the latter I rarely open) and see people from every side of the world wearing the same accessories, the same must have pieces, the same clothes combined the same way. But on the other hand, if there’s one thing I love about the internet is the opportunity to be inspired, to test what is in fashion all over the world and adapt it to your own style. For this I am fascinated by the creative I am presenting today. Dominic Salvatore Chambrone is known with the name of TheShoeSurgeon. In the US there are already many stars in love with his creations, while in the old continent is less famous. Dominic’s ability is to customize in any type of sneakers with different materials, making them almost unrecognizable, and turning an ordinary model in an original one-of-a-kind piece. Just take a look at the gallery section of the site, unfortunately there isn’t a before and after version, but you can get an idea through his tumblr. A shoe artist to watch out, waiting to find an Italian rival to entrust the obsolete models that lie in my shoe rack.
