Suvnir spring/summer 2012

The lookbook of the men and women collections of “Suvnir” looks like postcards from a world somewhere between the 50′s and the 60′s, with girls with curls and boys with cardigans, smiling and wearing clothes in pastel colours. A brand founded by four ghostly anonymous designers from Los Angeles, with the idea of making clothes as souvenirs, which never go out of fashion, but on the contrary, get style over time, adding a twist to the closet of their owners. An ambitious mission, but definitely reached: garments with a retro taste, easy to mix, colorful and funny, with geometric and easy graphics, that I would see on the perfect hipster, a bit trendy and a bit nerdy …
