Parasol lamp

May 25 2012, 8:00 am 0 Marco Russo

For the usual Friday column dedicated to lighting design, today we show you Parasol, the lamp created by Swedish designer Jonas Forsman and presented at the Salone Satellite in Milan. A table lamp made from a lacquered steel structure with minimal design featuring a flat shade, like a parasol, a screen that can be directed freely thanks to a neodymium magnet, a small spherical element which connects it to the base and allows the movement. An elegant and unique solution that, reflecting the light from the LED positioned in the lamp base, makes the lighting soft and delicate.
