Today we fly againg, even if only metaphorically, to Hungary, to present Kata Szegedi, young fashion designer graduated in 2009 who also won that year’s Fashion Awards Hungary. The fall/winter 2012-13 collection “Paradise City” uses an essential color palette to emphasize the lines of the clothes. Outerwears with loose and deconstructed shapes are contrasted by dresses with a more defined silhouette and pieces that, with a game of lengths, generate geometric designs. The strategic cuts characterize the whole collection, creating defined patterns and leaving uncovered specific areas of the body, adding a touch of femininity and aggressiveness to a quite minimal collection. You can see the whole collection here.
