The designer Jacqueline Rousseau, now based in New York, has always felt that fashion had to be her destiny. Whether a child, when she dressed and undressed her dolls again in search of the right look, both at 10 years old, when she started drawing her first sketches. Even when at college where she decided to major in fine art, confident that sooner or later she would transform those artworks into clothes. And that is what she’s still doing, after having lived in England for 7 years, and now working with her brand that mixes the London influences with the bright patterns she creates. The collection that we present is the fourth to date, in a constant evolution that leads to a vaguely pin-up style. Close-fitting dresses, high waists, graphic patterns, geometric lines, but especially a lot of color.
