Green lamp

Sep 24 2012, 12:00 pm 0 Marco Russo

The second project we had the pleasure of seeing at the “London Design Festival” and that I want to show today, comes from the stands of Tent London: “Green”, the lamp created by designers Zuzanna Malinowska and Marcin Wronski from Siesta Studio. An intriguing combination of a lamp and a vase, a structure that comes with simple lines that reflect a minimal design the iconic shapes of the classic bedside lamp, but that changes from inanimate object to living, a being to take care of, which grows and evolves every day, which, depending on what you decide to plant at its base, takes on new characteristics of shape and color, a new look and a different light, a new way of looking at life, positively influencing and approaching functionality and daily necessities to nature. In order to better appreciate the project and to grasp fully the philosophy behind it, I invite you to watch the video you find after the photo gallery.
