Geoffrey Mac is an American designer, from Chicago. After graduating in 2000, Geoffrey has immediately captured the attention of the media, quickly becoming one of the most promising emerging designers of his country. The obligatory step at this point is moving to New York, where he began to create custom pieces for artists like Lady Gaga and Scissor Sisters, who love his eccentric, at times provocative style. For the spring/summer 2013, Geoffrey leaves the usual pop inspirations aside, and creates a more minimal series of clothes, characterized by the use of black-and-white and pastel colors, punctuated only by a few fluo flashes. The lines are geometric and the shapes are ranging from the exaggerated and loose volumes to fitting clothes, no half measures. The rock touch is given by the studs, hot detail that appears on leather jackets.
