Christina Bobkova spring/summer 2013

Another Ukrainian designer discovered at White Milano is Christina Bobkova, selected again amongst the talent at the event. Her style, minimal and essential, for the spring/summer 2013 comes up in unusually bright colors, first of all the turquoise details, with glass mirror accessories that capture and reflect the light, both day and night. The silhouettes are structured and the cuttings, geometric and complex, create games of asymmetries. Interesting and astute is the inserting of magnets and zippers that can transform the garments. Great attention is given to the shoes, with their characteristic “tail” that curves around the sides.
