Anuschka Hoevener is a German textile designer who lives and works in Berlin, where she opened her showroom in 2004, after working in New York. Each season Anuschka creates capsule collections of knitwear that she’s selling on the e-shop on her website. In her creations she often incorporate sculptural elements to create volume and add a spectacular touch, giving the pieces a tailored look, as if to “dignify” the knitwear, elevating it to the rank of houte couture. The fall/winter 2012 collection is characterized by minimal shapes that highlight patterns and colors, interspersed with the net seen as an accessory, a bag or a scarf with multiple interpretations.
