The wood’s Project

A craft project, totally handmade, by Swedish designer Louise Hvidegaard, and presented as graduation project at the master in Advanced Fashion Footwear Design at Polimoda. A series not only of shoes, but also small leather accessories, inspired by the new trend of moving away from a use and throw culture and a return to old values of craftsmanship and use of quality and durable materials, where the designer doesn’t hide behind a computer screen, but is at stake and gets his hands dirty. Looking to the future with an eye well aware of the past.
