An experiment that challenges the perception of comfort, a concept created by British designer Rachel Ballantine. A seat with simple and minimal design, composed of an empty structure, built with a single piece of CNC cut wood and assembled without using glue and screws. A chair characterized by the fact that can be “filled” at choice, a stuffing customizable according to what we like, with the material that best meets our sense of comfort, in short, our real and unique idea of comfort. From hard wood to soft plush dolls, from a classic cushion to curious colored pencils, with a magnificent visual effect but perhaps suitable only for a fakir. Personally, the ideal stuffing would be soft and sweet marshmallows.
