Rubber shelves

Rubber shelves

Sep 19 2011, 12:00 am 0 Marco Russo

A rubber wall shelving system created by British designer Luke Hart. Resistant shelves, attached to the sides with two steel pins, which exploit the properties of malleable silicone to exhibit books and magazines of different heights. Soft lines that take shape under the weight of culture, drawing a modern moving library. A concept created for “The Sculpture House”: a London project that allows emerging artists to exhibit their works, to extend their knowledge in materials, aesthetic form, the creation of furniture and interior design . If you, like us, will be in London for the London Design Festival, a visit to “The Sculpture House” can’t certainly be missed.

Designer: Luke Hart for See Studio (The Sculpture House)
