Rope sofa

The life and places we see and visit during our days can offer truly exceptional ideas and materials to create and recreate. “Rope” born, or better reborn, from this: a sofa made exclusively with an old nautical rope recovered in a shipyard in Providence (Rhode Island) by American designer Alex Fabrizio. A seat that supports itself in complete autonomy thanks to the traditional sailor’s knot known as the “multiple fold figure-eight” and that despite the appearance of “prickly” and threadbare, the effect of a thousand sea adventures, result really comfortable.
