Switch off, get away, relax, even for a few short minutes from the hustle and bustle of modern society that accompany everyday life has become for many people a desire, a necessity. Developed upon and inspired by Matryoshka, the gift “par excellence”, a symbol of Russian popular art, designer Olga Kryukova, which we have already talked about here a few months ago, created the chair “Matreshka”. A concept consisting of two parts: a softly padded seat and a hood with walls made so that the person sitting in it can result almost invisible on the outside, but if needed, through the holes of the ornament, observe all what’s happening around. An item with the characteristic silhouette, removable and interchangeable between the different solutions and decorative variations. Not just a seat, but a comfortable place to breathe, taste and experience the peace and quiet of a moment of pure relax.

Designer: Olga Kryukova
